You don’t know how timely this is…

Although I have both committed myself to and fully embraced my new role as a leader in this dynamic industry, there are times that I am flooded with doubt about my decision to turn my back on my 25+ year ‘career’ as a carpenter/contractor.

My ardent desire to improve my situation and help others keeps me focussed most of the time and when you, and other leaders in this organization, step up to offer your experience and insight, it only serves to solidify my decision.

I can connect with this article so much from the beginning, been there experienced that. But its only now my eyes are being opened and I am gathering clarity over my life, and training my subconscious with guidance. It is good to look back and hold onto the lessons we all learn through tough times, as they are what forge us into the person we are. Once we have been through tough times we are able to relate to others struggles and help them through it and that’s when the true reward is reaped. Least we forget.
