Witness the launch of PRO Elite LIVE from Phoenix!

CarbonCopyPRO is proud to announce the launch of PRO Elite at MME7 in Phoenix May 21.

Since the event sold out over a month ago, countless people have been asking if there is a way to watch the event live streaming online…You asked, we have answered. Live Streaming Accounts for MME7 Open Tomorrow!! Keep reading for more exciting details!

Countless people are clamoring to get in on the action. Some cite “excuses” like graduations (not sure why people even bother sending their kids to college nowadays, but that’s a different story) cost of travel, kid’s birthday, you name it… We hear every reason under the sun as to why people can’t make the trek to Phoenix this weekend.

Here is what they are missing:

We are unveiling PRO Elite!

  • Brand new marketing systems and sales funnels featuring cutting-edge “webinar machine” technology and other super cool stuff.
  • Brand new “turn-key” direct-mail lead generation solutions (Yeah, we are working with Dan Kennedy’s “guy” who has mailed over 170 MILLION pieces for hundreds of companies generating over a BILLION dollars in revenue.  This is classified information by the way!)
  • A chance to have a beer with Michael Force (and even “the real” Jeff Lerner)
  • A chance to see Frank & Anthony speak for the second time from stage. (They NAILED their maiden voyage on stage at Jonathan Budd’s event last week–holding hands and all…)
  • A chance to hang out and shoot the breeze with megaminds and megastars
  • And so much more!! You get the point…

Thus, hundreds of PRO members have asked for the LIVE streaming option. (They say that if Ray and Ferny can do it, we can do it too. And, heaven knows that we are not the type to lag on trends… especially considering we play second fiddle to no one. Not even the tequila swilling duo from CA.)

So, we’re doing it:

For the first time ever, we’re going to make our Master Marketing Event this weekend available to you online in high definition streaming video.  This means if you wanted to attend MME 7 this weekend but couldn’t make it, you can still be there with us in Arizona “virtually.”

Not only will you be able to view the event live from your computer at home, in HD, you will be also be able to share the link with your prospects who are interested in the next generation of PRO, so you can make money from the event at the same time.

AND, you will (for a very substantial, yet well-worth price) get the chance to virtually attend the “Special TEN-FOR-TEN Style Workshop,” taught by PRO’s top earners on Sunday morning, May 22nd, scheduled for 9am-1:15pm. (Limited to only 30 real humans in live experiential person form, but hundreds in the virtual space)

Let the fun begin…

Stay tuned for more details later today!

You Are Always “BRAND YOU”

That means anything and everything that you do is associated with “brand you”—from how you respond to an email to how you treat your server at a restaurant. It all impacts your reputation and, in turn, your brand.

Everything you choose to do, or choose NOT to do, will impact your brand.

Make sure you stay true to your personal brand by making decisions and taking actions based on who you want to be, not on the amount of financial gain or power you believe will make you happy in the future.

Once you’ve created your brand, and you’ve created your “brand you” personal brand statement, and you’ve started working on your reputation….now it’s time to raise your brand awareness. It’s time to get people to know you and want to work with you.

Here are the everyday actions you can take to market and grow your brand and to become noticed and known:

First, everything online lives for ever…

Be conscious of your posts and comments on Facebook. Do the images you upload reflect your brand properly? Would your newest client be impressed with what you posted?

Proofread your emails

Research shows that over 50% of all emails and text messages are misunderstood in their intent. Don’t just focus on grammar and spelling but also on tone and intention. Could others misinterpret something you wrote? It sounds simple, but your emails are an extension of your brand.

Give Something of Value

Sharing your stories, successes, and tips in your emails, during your sales calls, and when you leave messages makes you valuable.

If you give value, then customers will more likely take and return your calls or emails.

Be on time

Showing up on time and being prepared for meetings shows that you are not only responsible, but it also says that you care for others and their time. Are you on time?

Do you value other people’s time? If you are consistently late to meetings, what does that say about you? What do you think about others when they are late?

Don’t flaunt success; reflect on it

Think about what past successes and failures led you to this win.

Go back and think about what was done right and what could have made it better. Think about the people who helped you along the way and recognize them. Show them gratitude for their help.

The last piece of the puzzle—the element that holds all the pieces together—is the integrity of your brand.

It’s what sees you through both the good times and the bad. It’s what makes your brand real… legitimate and authentic. It’s what keeps people loyal to you.

Integrity is like having absolute clarity on your direction in life. When you are whole and undivided, you become unstoppable.

Maintain your integrity and all the other pieces will stick. Your brand will solidify, and “brand you” will rise to the top.

Branding Brooklyn?

The other night, while finishing off a jar of Brooklyn Brine pickles, I started to wonder: Just how successful is this Brooklyn Brine brand? Tacking the word “Brooklyn” onto a product name has become an increasingly popular phenomenon. It’s not only Brooklyn Lager and Brooklyn Industries anymore. It’s also Brooklyn Salsa and Brooklyn Brew Shop and Brooklyn Kitchen, to name just a few of new Brooklyn-tagged companies out there. (Actually, I stand corrected. Brooklyn Kitchen has been around since 2006.)

As if in answer to my question, the next morning the New York Times published an article titled: “Brooklyn: The Brand.” The piece was launched by the appearance of The Brooklyneer, a new Brooklyn-themed restaurant and bar in, yes, Manhattan. News outlets had been lamenting the Brooklyneer’s opening, seeing it as a sign of Brooklyn’s demise, the end of the borough’s storied authenticity.

And yet, according to the article, Brooklyn Brine is doing very well indeed. Only a year and a half old, the company’s pickled beets, carrots and beans are being stocked by 29 Williams-Sonoma locations across the country. The founders are shocked by the progress of their humble little start-up. But they’re not the only company to see their profits sore as a result of their Brooklyn credibility.

It all got me thinking about the importance of branding. Brooklyn Brine pickles are good, sure. But are they the best pickles on the market? They’re not even organic—another major buzzword for our newly health-conscious nation. What they’ve done is knowingly allied themselves with the idea of local, homemade, sustainable food. The word Brooklyn, for now, just happens to represent all those things at once.

You could say that Brooklyn Brine is conscious of what Simon Sinek would call “their why.” People respond primarily to why you do something, not necessarily what it is or how you do it—although those are important as well, of course. By naming their pickle company “Brooklyn Brine,” its founders wisely tapped into a collective assumption about Brooklyn products: that they support local manufacturers, not big evil corporations. Their “why” is noble according to a culture that’s starting to respect and buy locally grown and packaged goods over their commercially manufactured competitors.

There are so many options out there today—all of them readily accessible over the Web. When thinking about your personal brand, think about why you do what you do, and how to convey that to potential customers in the most concise possible way. Become a connoisseur of cultural trends. If it worked for Brooklyn Brine, it can work for you.

All the best,

Cool Stuff Overload

While there is no shortage of crappy stuff in the news to brood and
mope about (if that’s your kind of thing that is) there is plenty to
inspire, excite and amaze out there too! I feel like everyday I find
out about a new innovation or story to draw both creative, and
entrepreneurial inspiration from.

So, with that said, going into the weekend, I thought I’d give you
guys a quick run-down of a couple interesting stories, people and
things I’ve come across in the last couple of weeks.

Facebook Facial Recognition:

The skeptics will yell Big Brother is watching, innovators will
marvel, and the conspiracy theorists will scream The Patriot Act is
running our lives! Still global facial recognition is mapping the
globe in a way even the most dyanmic of imaginations may have never
considered.

DeleteMe:

Abine, online privacy company, launched the other day launched
DeleteMe. Which is basically a delete button for the internet. Users
pay between $10 to $100 depending on how vast and complicated your
digital history is, to remove photos, videos, blog posts, old
accounts, you name it! Now you don’t have to worry about those
compromising snapshots of Halloween ‘02 when you regretfully decided
to be Spiderman.

Cassius: “I love you so” Video and App:

Vertical Integration, once a term reserved for boardrooms and
quarterly reports, is now the reality of any small business. Social
Media integration has become fundamentally intertwined with the
creative process; with entities of all shapes and sizes finding
interesting ways to interact with their audience while still providing
a promotional vehicle for their product.

Case and point. New York indie band CASSIUS. Who released a iPhone app
specfically created for the promotion of a single song. Appropriately
titled “I LOVE YOU SO”

The Ultimate Babysitter

The world’s most wanted man has just added “babysat” to the litany of
titles he’s already garnered. Julian Assange has finally been released
by British authorities into the custody of a man almost as interesting
as he is. Vaughan Smith is a former Grenadier Guard and the founder of
the journalist’s Frontline Club, a sanctuary for journalists and free
speech advocates. Mr. Smith released an open letter to British paper
The Independent revealing an intimate and definitively humanistic
portrait of the man of the hour Julian Assange. Worth the read: CLICK HERE
